Fit Fight is a total body workout that utilizes multiple muscle groups to elevate the heart rate and train participants in strength, speed, and agility. We combine kickboxing with resistance training for a dynamic HIIT/circuit- style workout. Our intense workouts will teach you the basics of boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai in a hybrid cardio and strength routine!

My Story

I was a small child when my dad began taekwondo training. My brothers and I grew up practicing our katas in our garage and traveling to competitions in Washington, Oregon, and Canada.

 

By the time I was in middle school, my dad was a second-degree Black Belt and a Sensei in his dojo, where I helped him with the youth program in the summertime. This was my first experience as a Coach/Instructor and I will never forget it. 

In my early 20s, I fell in love with the physical sport MMA and the stress relief that I felt immediately after. I also worked part-time as a cardio kickboxing instructor on the shifts that nobody wanted to take. At that time, I considered my time at the gym as a hobby, not a career.

But when I was 28, I became a certified personal trainer and gained experience working for 24 Hour Fitness, Gold's Gym, ILoveKickboxing, and UFC Gym. Most importantly, this experience allowed me to learn from top trainers who were not only making a career out of coaching but crushing it in the industry.

Over the years, I’ve developed knowledge of and love for fitness and martial arts. I wanted a place for people to feel inspired, encouraged, and safe to learn how to work out using resistance training and martial arts in a way that gives them confidence and empowers them to tap into their inner badass. That is why I decided to open Fit Fight. I’m glad you’re here.
